Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
  • Personal Care Services
Assisting the client with Bathing, Dressing, Eating, Personal Hygiene, Grooming, Cleaning services, kitchen and bathroom care, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, trash, skill nursing and personal care.
  • Transitional Developmental Disabilities Waiver (TDD)
The Transitions Developmental Disabilities (TDD) Waiver was established in 2002 to accommodate individuals who were being served on the Ohio Home Care Waiver who had an intermediate care facility level of care.
  • Supported Living
Assisted living caregiver for older adults and people with disabilities as an alternative for home-based care instead of being confined to a nursing facility. Assisted living promotes aging and individuals with special needs, a desire for independence, choice, privacy and the option of continued care in their own home or respite facility.
  • HPC Non-Medical Transportation
A Service that enables individuals enrolled in individual options and level one waivers to access waiver and other community services, activities, and resources.
